Fixes for Telegram alerts and for the live match count on the watch-profile form.
Telegram alerts reach the right chat
Connecting the ProposalPing Telegram bot, sending a test message and getting alerts for each watch profile now work reliably.
Correct live match count
The match count in the create and edit profile form now agrees with the jobs you actually receive.
